The successful candidate will be a proactive, results-driven business partner for the General Manager and leadership team of Automated Logic Controls. This is a $400 million business with over 1200 employees globally, including one manufacturing plant, a field-based organization and 7 direct reports. The role is based in Kennesaw, Georgia just outside of Atlanta.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
(a2 Drive HR programs and processes that are aligned with key business metrics. Create and execute plans to achieve business objectives.
(a2 Effectively manage and execute HR processes, including talent acquisition and development, Leadership Development Review (LDR), Performance Management (PFT), employee engagement, compensation (salary planning, variable compensation planning), diversity initiatives, cost management initiatives, etc.
(a2 Provide strategic and tactical HR support to the leadership and employees
(a2 Partner with managers to understand key business challenges and organization needs, and deliver programs to meet these needs. Ensure effective organization design and drive organizational capabilities to achieve business results
Partner with customers and HR leadership team to accurately forecast and plan staffing requirements.
(a2 Deliver timely, high quality and impactful employee communications.
(a2 Lead recruitment efforts with a focus on bringing in diverse talent and building bench strength.
(a2 Champion ACE initiatives and fully contribute as leader of the HR cell, while also supporting ACE efforts within the business unit.
(a2 Support corporate growth strategies to include leading human resources due diligence and integration of newly acquired companies.
Key Competencies and skills:
Analytical Thinking, Strategic Leadership, Developing Talent.
Experience with variable pay plans is desired.
Education BA/BS degree in a Human Resources or related field with 8 to 10 years experience. MA/MS/MBA degree with 5-7 years experience.
