We are seeking an Inventory Control Analyst who will provide analytical and operational expertise for our mission critical Retail Accounting team. The Inventory Control Analyst will report to our Inventory Control Supervisor.

THE POSITION: INVENTORY CONTROL ANALYST As an Inventory Control Analyst you will provide analytical and operational expertise for our mission critical Retail Accounting team. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITES INCLUDE: Research overdue detailed distribution sheets, transfer receipts and receiving memos Review stock levels for all locations for inconsistencies in quantities Process on-hand adjustments for the warehouse Assist in setting up warehouses for physical inventory counts Reconcile and Assist in Reconciliation of physical inventories for all warehouses Run and update compliance reports for the warehouses on daily and weekly basis Document Distribution procedures and train DC management personnel Conduct inventory management activities such as cycle counts, inventory transfers and replenishment Partner with other Dept on processes and procedures Ad hoc reports and analysis as required.

Job Requirements: MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS ARE: 2 years in an inventory accounting/Warehouse inventory environment Good Excel skills SAP experience is a plus Must be able to adapt to new and different computer programs and software to enable quick and efficient data gathering and analysis.
