Supervises the front desk by directing and supervising desk clerks to ensure the best possible guest satisfaction, employee morale, standards, training and profit.
Skills & Experience:
Qualified individual will have two years front desk experience. Prior supervisory experience is preferred, but not required with a proven track record of integrity, leadership, maturity and strong interpersonal skills. A degree is required.
