This position is located in our Chicago office and will require some travel to client and agency locations in the Midwest. The Account Planner will report to the Regional Director.
Using research, data, analytics, case studies, and our products to generate, package and deliver unique, innovative, authentic sales solutions.
Articulating the user experience for people and brands on Twitter.
Assisting clients with their social media strategy, and helping them maximize their marketing opportunity on our platform.
Assisting with RFP responses, from planning through execution and measurement.
Creating materials for periodic, ongoing business reviews with clients.
Thought leadership – immersing yourself in the evolving social media landscape, and adapting to Twitter’s ongoing product development.
Establishing a collaborative business relationship between Twitter and Fortune 500 companies, and their marketing agencies.
Mentoring new team members as our organization grows.
3+ years of experience in digital media for Fortune 500 companies, their agencies, or their media partners in a strategy or planning role.
Experience with Industry / client analysis and opportunity assessment
Deep understanding of Twitter, the social media landscape, and opportunities for marketers.
Experience with research design, application, and interpretation.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Aptitude, creativity, and a preference for working in small, collaborative teams.
A passion for Twitter and our mission.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, adapt to changing priorities, and a strong work ethic.
