Job Description:
ICF is adding staff to its energy efficiency team in our Philadelphia, PA office to support a wide range of energy efficiency programs. Our clients include utilities, recognizable Fortune 500 global corporations, as well as a variety of industry, and Government organizations. We are seeking an established Account Manager to take a significant role in the implementation of programs that will deliver and expand our offerings in the Philadelphia metropolitan area. You should have the unique combination of interpersonal and analytical skill that will make you a critical member of our team from the day you arrive. Key Responsibilities:
Working in support of various utility sponsored programs that encourage energy-efficiency and renewable energy in commercial, industrial, and government markets.
Ideal candidates will have a strong interest in energy or resource efficiency and an understanding of utility markets.
Recruiting program participants (customers and trade allies), account management, developing and implementing sales strategies, preparing and delivering persuasive presentations, relationship building activities.

Basic Qualifications:
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience managing successful energy efficiency programs, with specific expertise in commercial, industrial, and government energy issues.
Strong knowledge with the commercial, industrial, and government markets, various customer facilities and energy systems and with energy efficient and renewable technologies.
Experience tracking state/local and national energy policies
Demonstrated experience providing partners with technical and marketing assistance

Preferred Skills/Experience:
Economic analysis and familiarity with DSM program planning and evaluation
Utility experience and understanding of DSM program implementation
Experience with ENERGY STAR, LEED, and other program platforms

Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision making capabilities
Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Sound business ethics, including the protection of proprietary and confidential information
Ability to make independent decisions and serve as a credible resource for a senior management team
Ability to work with all levels of internal staff, as well as outside clients and vendors
Superior interpersonal skills including courtesy, professionalism, and a cooperative attitude
Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)
Ability to be flexible to handle multiple priorities
