in Greenwood Village, CO.

Contact Center Consultant preparatory role. Trains on and takes calls from potential Aimco customers. Once trained, works with communities and future residents to schedule onsite appointments with leasing consultants. Customer service is the primary function, but may include minimal selling or promotion of products or services. Trained on and uses computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting. May respond to customer inquiries by referring them to published materials, secondary sources, or more senior staff. Requires ability to navigate a computerized data entry system or other relevant applications.
High School degree or equivalent. 0 - 1 year of related experience. Requires ability to navigate a computerized data entry system or other relevant applications.
Desk/phone work. Able to work 20 - 30 hours per week and accommodate a flex schedule.
