Mercer is currently looking to recruit a Risk and Compliance Training specialist on a contract to be part of our Risk and Compliance Standards team. The primary responsibility of this role will be to plan, develop and rollout enterprise wide risk and compliance training in relation to the outcomes of Prudential Standards supporting Stronger Super reforms. This will include working with the Risk and Compliance team and liaising with relevant Learning and Development teams within the business to create appropriate training (online or face-to-face). The role will also include development of sustainable training for new employees as part of the standard new employee induction.
Qualifications
In addition, you will also have:
Experience and understanding of online learning management systems.
Competency in e-learning software to build online learning (Adobe Captivate, Lectora or equivalent).
Intermediate to advanced MS PowerPoint and Excel skills.
Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment (preferred).
