Performs administrative responsibilities associated with a field office operation
Position requires a high level of data input, filing, creating and maintaining new files, interfacing with employees and vendors.
Performs varied clerical tasks of moderate to occasionally high complexity requiring specific actions.
Routine administrative assignments will be completed independently.
Some specific responsibilities include data entry, document scanning, creating meeting agendas, taking meeting notes and sending certified mailings.
Called upon to make independent decisions for office applications and administrative tasks.
Participates as a team player at all levels.
Maintains confidentialities.
Demonstrates professional business conduct and ethics.
Demonstrates solid leadership, teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills.
One year experience in general office administrative work preferred.
Proficient knowledge and application of all Microsoft Office programs.
Must demonstrate strong attention to detail and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Must be able to prioritize work and be proficient in organizing and processing large amounts of paperwork.
Must be able to form solid working relationships with internal and external customers.
Be able to work independently.
Must be proactive and demonstrate ability to anticipate department administrative needs.

WPX Energy will not pay relocation costs for this position.
This position will be hired at a level commensurate with experience.
