Medifast is currently seeking a Divisional Recruiter to support the Medifast Weight Control Centers (MWCC) division of Medifast, Inc.. The recruiter will be responsible for full life cycle recruiting through onboarding. The ideal candidate will meet all requirements for the positions as well as possess the ability to work in a rapidly growing environment with great attention to building and developing relationships at several levels.

Recruit retail professionals for positions within the retail industry by direct sourcing calls, networking and the Internet.
Responsible for full-lifecycle recruiting; from job descriptions, initial recruitment efforts, extending/negotiating offers.
Consult with Hiring Managers to determine current and future recruitment needs
Develop and implement various recruitment strategies to source candidate in assigned areas
Place ads/postings on various internet job boards, society and association websites, print advertisements, etc.
Managing relationships with external recruiting agencies, colleges and universities.
Prepare various reports in Excel and/or Word and other HR related reports
Participate in recruiting events, as needed.
Education and Experience Requirements:
Must have at least 3-5 years of high volume recruiting experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, high energy, excellent follow-up skills, tenacity, and strong relationship building skills are required.
A self-starter who has high attention to detail, project follow-through, and possess the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in MS Office applications and have experience managing the full-life cycle recruitment process utilizing an applicant tracking system.
Ability to multi-task between production recruiting and dead line oriented projects.
