Support any and all buying and merchandising needs for the Journeys Division – Accessories.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Purchase order approval, processing vendor confirmation, and filing
  • Vendor correspondence
  • UPC/Bar Code maintenance
  • Office supply management
  • Vendor appointment/office calendar
  • Samples/shoe ordering
  • Key transfers
  • Process and distribute faxes, copies, weekly reports, and memos for buying and merchandising

Requirements

Knowledge and Skills:
  • High school diploma
  • Proficient in MS Office especially Excel
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Accuracy and organizational skills
