At Radisson, our Front Desk team is a key player in overall guest service and satisfaction. The Front Desk team is the first impression our customers have when calling or arriving at our hotel.
We are looking for a warm and friendly welcome to the guest in a professional, courteous and efficient manner.
Responsible for checking guests in and out of the hotel and answering all incoming phone calls.
Energetic, self motivated and organized
High School graduate; some college preferred
Excellent communication/customer service skills
Strong computer skills preferably in Delphi
Accuracy in cash/credit card handling
Able to work a flexible schedule and stand for long periods of time.
