To manage and direct one of ContentLEAD’s inside sales lead generation/appointment setting teams.
Your Main Objective:
To take responsibility for surpassing team attended appointment numbers.
- Team attended appointment numbers.
- Process innovation and development on a continual basis.
- Second voice confirmation of appointments.
- Implement and train the ContentLEAD lead generation process.
- Detailed sales reporting and forecasting.
- Ongoing recruitment support, mentoring, coaching and team training. Required Competencies/Skills You are a proven opener with sales/appointment setting experience. Intelligent, articulate and persuasive, a fantastic multi tasker with strong Salesforce skills and around two years of phone based appointment setting to SMB’s. Telephone experience is a must, and management experience strongly preferred. Your past career experience shows that you are both competitive and confident, and you should be very ambitious and resilient to the fast changing nature of our industry. Interest in online marketing and search engine optimization would be an advantage.
