The Position:
In partnership with the SVP/Director, HR, and agency leadership, this person will
deliver service and programs to assigned client groups that will attract talent
and drive employee engagement and retention.

Talent Acquisition:
Recruit candidates at various levels for openings as needed;
manage the overall recruiting and offer process, including posting positions,
screening resumes, sourcing and “wooing” candidates, candidate tracking,
interviewing (in collaboration with agency leadership), offer approvals and

Represent the Agency at networking and recruiting events as needed

Manage the communication with hiring managers with weekly updates
on active searches as needed

Stay current on trends and collaborate on best practices with
internal recruiter community

Work to minimize external recruiting fees by building candidate

Talent Management:
Provide management coaching, HR counsel and advice on developing
employees to talent managers

Provide coaching and counsel to employees in areas such as
conflict resolution and career development

Provide guidance to client groups around all HR-related legal
concerns, including visa applications, employment law and employment classifications.

Manage the performance and salary review process for client
groups, including completion of compensation analysis, supporting managers on
recommendations for increases, delivering feedback and communicating
compensation changes

Help leadership teams drive retention of talent through the
effective management of conflict, open communication and feedback with

Coordinate and execute all aspects of new hire orientation and

Regularly evaluate on-boarding process’ effectiveness and
proactively suggest and implement approved enhancements

Partner with SVP/HR and client teams to determine training and
development needs, partner with internal Learning and Development team to
deliver appropriate programs

Manage employee status changes (terms, transfers, new hires,
etc.), communicate with appropriate divisions and complete necessary paperwork

Manage employee exit process, compile and analyze exit interview
data to inform and shape recommendations around programs to drive retention and

Maintain employee records and files, coordinate with HR Operations
to ensure timely processing of employee changes

Build strong relationships across the larger HR network and
proactively seek opportunities to build these relationships; actively
participate on HR community calls

Six plus years’ experience in employee relations
Proven track record in successfully implementing HR programs
Proven project management skills and project leadership capabilities
Demonstrated strategic and creative thinking, with strong influencing, problem solving, mediation and decision making skills
Ability to build relationships with all levels of employees
Experience working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong presentation skills
Agency (Digital, PR, Advertising), billable environment or service industry experience a plus
Bachelor’s required, PHR certification a plus
