Reports To: Technology Manager

Position Purpose: The Application Developer works closely with and provides support to the C3 Corporate Technology team members and their customers. Developer works with the latest technologies and has responsibility for a range of exciting and varied projects.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop user interface design, data warehouse and integration of BPO applications.
  • Design, coding, and testing of technical solutions.
  • Responsible for reading existing code base in order to analyze its behavior and make fixes or enhancements.
  • Support existing production applications.
  • Responsible for peer code reviews.
  • Understands standard systems development lifecycle processes and applies our methodology effectively on client engagements.
  • Applies knowledge of industry trends and developments to improve service to our clients.
  • Understands project and development plans and is able to clearly articulate roles, project goals, and timelines.
  • Meets project objectives on time.
  • Adheres to coding standards defined by management.
  • Accurately employs our development tools.
  • Effectively communicates and interacts with project teams.
  • Establishes responsible deadlines and personal work plans.
  • IT Support to provide 24x7 for on call production support.
  • Schedule and workdays may vary depending on requirements and/or project.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Qualifications

  • BS in Computer Science; and/or
  • 2 – 4 Years’ experience in IT with a focus on application development and management; or combination of education and experience.

  •, Java Script/CSS/HTM/.net Framework 3.5, 4.0
  • Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2
  • Microsoft SQL Server Report Services and Report Builder (SSRS)
  • Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
  • SQL Server development including stored procedures, creating queries, optimization
  • Ability to understand the impact of IT on the Business and can identify IT improvement which result in business improvements.
  • Good understanding of the technical aspects of application system(s) and the environment in which they run.
  • Experience with version control systems such as Team Foundations Server.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, activities and tasks simultaneously
  • Willingness to learn and constantly be looking to improve skills and techniques
  • Ability to work off-hours as required
  • Team Player
  • Management experience a plus
  • Must have the personal communication and presentation skills that will represent the company professionally to outside agencies, financial institutions, business partners, employees and customers.
