SSD GEO Channel Business Development Manager — APAC, IJKK & PROC
Job Description: Position serves as the face and driving force of NSG to the assigned Geographic regions, which for this position include APAC, IJKK and PROC. Position operates very collaboratively with their SMG GEO marketing leads, peer GEO Channel BDM's, Segment BDM's, and NSG Product Marketing/Operations to craft and drive NSG's OST's to increase SSD TAM, MSS, ASP and share of wallet throughout the assigned Geographies. Elements of the effort include both focused account and "go wide" OST's. Position includes both tactical and strategic channel product marketing ownership for NSG's value client product family and collaborates as a drafter to NSG's enthusiast segment BDM.
o Single/first point of contact for GEO channel marketing
o Owns localization of WW strategy and then manages execution of marketing programs, promo's and campaigns
o Develops and manages execution of Geo-specific promotions, programs. campaigns
o Proactively engaged in strategy development and execution/support of focus channel customers, including Tier 2 non-covered compute OEMs & embedded customers (throughout entire process from opportunity ID = > Design Win/Support = > Supply Line Management)
o Selectively engaging with key customers in each geography to grow engagements and personal competency
o Provides market intelligence (incl. pricing esc.), customer (all types = > end, channel, internal...) feedback and direction to NSG (PLM's, ops, leadership...) and other division stakeholders
o Drives and facilitates SMG management and finance engagement on sales targets, budgets, marketing programs, pricing strategies...
Support in-GEO channel conferences and events
o Value Client Product Lead
o Collection point for product feedback from NSG Channel Team and document/act as "one voice" for channel input into product line managers
o Report out to NSG Channel team on all pertinent product line developments
o Channel input includes: Product Features, launch time, SKU line up, boxing, training...
o Attend PLM synchs
o Collaborates with Enthusiast Segment BDM on development of documented worldwide channel segment plan (with annual and then quarterly objectives, strategies and major tactics = > OST's)
o Actively participates in ongoing, bidirectional/iterative plan/OST dialog with all internal NSG stakeholders (marketing, operations...)
o Actively participates in ongoing, bidirectional/iterative plan/OST dialog with sister groups including CMG, DCSG, PCCG, SMG...

Professional and Educational Experience
Individual should have strong working knowledge of:
o Intel & specifically SSD sales/marketing in APAC, IJKK and PROC
o Intel's SSD products including the competitive landscape
o Overall enthusiast business dynamics (channels, major players, selling cycles...)
o Intel's enthusiast products (beyond SSD's = > component, board...) and marketing/sell to/with strategies
Proven ability to
o Work in a collaborative environment and proactively engage effectively with senior management in product divisions, sales and marketing and at customers
o Communicate = > phenomenal written communication, ability prepare and deliver astonishing product/strategy presentations...
5+ years of sales or marketing experience; 5+ years of experience in technology.
Location: Folsom, CA
Education: BSEE or equivalent preferred
Other: Some travel required including 6-8 international trips/year
