Position Summary:
The In-building Solutions Manager reports to the Director, In-Building Solutions or Manager, In-Building Solutions.

The primary role of the team is to provide In-building Service Enhancement (ISE) solutions for all AT&T Business Solution customers.

ISE solutions are extensions of our mobility network and they consist of equipment that is placed in a customer’s facility to improve 2G/3G cellular coverage and capacity.

The In-building Solutions Manager(ISM) leads all ISE pre-contract activities in support of all ABHS customers.

Each ISM is responsible for all ISE activity within a defined geographic territory.

The team is part of the Industry and Mobility Application Solution organization.

Principal Responsibilities:

Lead all communications with the ABHS customer and all internal customers during the pre-contract phase of an ISE project.

Analyze the customer’s 3G/4G wireless coverage needs by performing a preliminary technical evaluation, securing a preliminary design/quote and obtaining Network approval for the project.

Complete the business case for all ABHS In-building Service Enhancement projects by obtaining and validating information from the customer, internal cross-functional partners and equipment vendors.

·

Collaborate with certified equipment vendors and the Mobility Network Services teams to define, price and design the most cost effective technical solution.

·

Present the approved ISE solution to the customer and obtain customer funding using consultative sales/consulting techniques.

·

Negotiate an ISE legal agreement and cost-sharing partnership that meets our financial objectives and satisfies the customer’s wireless coverage/capacity needs.

Qualifications

Accreditation, Certification, or Licenses:
·

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.

·

Master’s Degree is desired

Training and Special Skills:
·

Wireless sales or technical experience is required.

·

Ability to concurrently prioritize and direct 35-50 distinct projects through a defined process

·

Minimum of 3-5 years applicable professional/consultative sales, technical or project management experience is required.

·

Demonstrated ability to learn a technical product or service and effectively explain/sell it in a complex, lengthy sales process.

·

Proven history of success in consultative selling or consulting with large accounts.

·

Demonstrated achievement of long-term revenue or growth targets.

·

Ability to diagnose, track and drive complex technical issues.

·

Customer oriented and dedicated to 100% customer satisfaction.

·

Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.

·

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

·

Ability to work effectively with a remote team/remote management structure.

·

Ability to work effectively with cross functional teams

·

Ability to manage multiple assignments from initial inception to completion.

·

Technical Project Management experience is preferred.
