Complete work assigned in an effective and efficient manner.
Ensure compliance with Hertz policies / procedures and external regulations / legislation.
Assist in driving continuous process and procedural improvements.
Key Result Areas
Perform work on assigned audits, projects, and management advisory services (MAS)
Write audit issues and recommendations related to audit tests completed
Participate in clearance meetings with auditee management, as appropriate
Assist external auditors and the Internal Control Compliance (S-Ox) Department, as necessary
Provide input for improvement of/revisions to standard audit programs
Utilize Computer Assisted Audit Techniques (CAAT) whenever possible for the purpose of increasing audit efficiency and accuracy
Bachelor’s degree in a business or business related field with minimum nine hours of accounting required
General business principles, policies, procedures, and functions
Windows and Microsoft Office (specifically Excel) proficiency
Strong analytical & organizational skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong time management skills
Flexibility & adaptability
Criminal background check required due to access to Personally Identifiable Data (PID)
Preferred Requirements :
GPA of at least 3.0
