In November of 2007, IMG acquired Host Communications and The Collegiate Licensing Company (CLC). These two companies formed the foundation for IMG College, a division of IMG Worldwide, providing unparalleled expertise and resources to the collegiate market through our licensing and multimedia rights services. IMG College has continued to grow by increasing the number of collegiate properties we represent as well as the diverse services and offerings we can provide to our clients. In the fall of 2010, IMG College acquired ISP Sports increasing the footprint to over 70 university partners, eight Division I conference affiliations, a relationship with the NCAA and their 89 Championships and countless additional assets to connect with the 172 million fans of college sports across the United States.
IMG College is currently seeking a University Services Coordinator who will be responsible for daily coordination and generation of sales proposals/materials for IMG College sales staff; based in Winston Salem, North Carolina.

» Timely design, creation and development of sales proposals and presentations for the IMG College Sales Team
» Ensure 48-hr or less turnaround on all sales requests
» Maintains an up-to-date status report of all proposals, from receipt to execution, and provides communication mechanism of same to staff
» Daily management and upkeep of the KORE database system
» Pulls and distributes weekly reports
» Creates customized reports as required, including:
    o Inventory analysis o Sales analysis o Sales tracking o Category data o Sponsor data » Create and distribute promotional ideas » Keep abreast of industry trends and concepts » Assist in prospecting of clients and background research for potential clients » Works to foster positive employee relations and teamwork by:
    » Following and supporting IMG College policies and procedures;
    » Communicating effectively with all operating units;
    » Complying with all Federal, State, and local regulations, laws, and ordinances in discharging duties;
    » Assisting in the internal training and development programs of IMG College
    » Performs other duties as assigned

    » Bachelor’s Degree
    » 1-2 years of sales or relevant marketing experience in the sports/sponsorship landscape, college experience preferred but not required
    » Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator
    » Experience with Scarborough Research
    » Attention to detail
    » Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    » Knowledge of sports industry
    » Excellent communication skills
    » Able to handle multiple projects with varying deadlines
    » Ability to think strategically, creatively and proactively
    » Strong analytical skills
    » Team player
