Management Analyst II work summary: Performs technical work involving budget and management: designs and conducts organizations surveys and program evaluations of limited technical difficulty; compiles and interprets statistical data related to departmental operations and performance ; prepares preliminary and final reports and recommendations; assists in the design and development of revised management and budget procedures.

Minimum Qualifications:
1). A bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, or related
fields and/or four (4) years of related work experience are required

2). The ability to organize and present effective oral and written reports.

3). The ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with city
employees, department heads and the general public.

4). The ability to analyze management problems and procedures.

5). A basic knowledge of budgeting and statistics.
