The Account Coordinator (AC) is a key member of our Client Services team who works closely with our clients, partners, internal and external sales teams, and creative department, in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. The ideal AC candidate has an understanding of the online advertising space, including but not limited to: digital media planning, digital ad sales, creative, and/or publisher trafficking. Ability to provide outstanding customer service and is a quick learner of tools & technologies. The AC should have strong analytical and problem solving skills, including high level of comfort with Excel.

  • Support West Coast sales and Client Services team in all daily activities, including client requests/account management, campaign reporting/analysis, creative builds, and internal/external meeting preparation
  • Collaborate with senior team members to foster clear and frequent communication with clients/partners pre- and post-launch
  • Conduct ongoing market & campaign research, for both internal and agency/re-seller teams
  • Generate & analyze detailed campaign reporting; suggest optimization strategies and monitor delivery/performance
  • Assist Finance Team with monthly billing for all West coast accounts
  • Provide Product team with user feedback and insights related to new releases of proprietary tools & products
  • Responsible for gathering all necessary creative assets and third-party tracking tags for interactive video campaigns
  • Educate & guide partners on best practices by providing continued feedback and analysis across all West Coast campaigns
  • Ability to effectively communicate in a team environment; function as liaison between multiple departments
  • Develop deep, meaningful client relationships and provide consistent experience to all clients
  • Attend client meetings with sales team to continually foster partnerships
  • Potential to participate in relevant industry events & conferences
  • 1-year minimum at a digital media company (advertising agency, publisher, or ad network)
  • Experience with planning or buying online video a plus
  • Basic understanding of the online advertising space and research tools
  • Passionate, future-minded individual with a strong desire to contribute to an emerging leader in the online media space
  • Intelligent & outgoing, with interpersonal skills & strong work ethic; organization & presentation skills a must
  • Experience with Microsoft Office programs a must (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
  • Bachelor's Degree
