Provide responsive and accurate service via the telephone for inquiries from internal business partners regarding incoming and outgoing fund movements. Answer inquiries about TD Ameritrade's policies and procedures relating to Payment Services. Assemble facts to accurately make a determination as to what actions need to be initiated to achieve resolution of inquiries.
Must be able to quickly learn processes and procedures of acceptable fund movements.
Will be responsible for the process and dissemination of all appropriate information received from internal clients.
Assist in answering incoming calls requesting status and expedites of incoming and outgoing funds via wire, check, ACH or check writing.
Provide responsive and accurate client service via the telephone regarding general account management and activity issues.
Bachelor's degree preferred. A minimum of two years of college or equivalent experience will be considered
Minimum of two years client service experience preferred
Series 7 & 63 * currently not required but may be required at a later time
General knowledge of Windows based computer systems with ability to use multiple systems at once
Strong organizational and problem solving skills
Ability to handle high-pressure situations while making accurate judgment decisions
Ability to perform multiple tasks and efficiently organize work based on call volume
Demonstrate a sense of urgency and commitment to provide the highest level of client service
