Responsible for supporting an operating process or transaction (Cash or Invoicing). Responsible for servicing requests and ensuring timely, accurate, compliant and complete reconciliation of accounts.
Complete financial transaction service requests as assigned: Research customer items completely, accurately and in a timely manner.
Maintain and process activity in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Work with internal and/or external departments and origination centers to ensure accounts are being serviced correctly.
Coordinate with reporting team on Operation metrics and ensure controls are in place to ensure compliance.
Responsible for the administrative processing that relates to customer billing, invoicing, and/or cash and Treasury applications.
High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 2 years related customer service work experience.
Experience with Microsoft Suite, including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook or comparable software application.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or Economics or related field.
Experience with Lean Six Sigma tools and methodology.
Demonstrated ability to influence and work effectively across an organization to ensure that customer needs and internal functional needs are met.
Strong organizational, analytical and problem solving skills.
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, including presentation skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead, influence and coach team members and staff across the organization.
Experience or training in project management skills.
