DESCRIPTION

Responsible for the review of final documents and loan data input to ensure accuracy.

DUTIES

Essential Duties and Responsibilities --Reconcile department DDA and GL accounts. Prepare month-end income and expense reports. Organize, analyze, and pay invoices.Verify all entries made by Real Estate employees on the core banking system.Complete and maintain investor contracts.Monitor loan pipeline and verify loans are purchased in a timely manner.Review investor purchase advice for accuracy to Idaho Independent Bank ("IIB") pricing. Prepare Purchase Booking Sheet.Prepare files for audit and provide reports to auditors upon request.Responsible for department checkbook and visa card. Deposit and issue checks, as applicable.Analyze and review all withdrawn and declined files.Check final documents and, if needed, contact title company for corrections.Perform quality control review on ten percent of all closed loans.Monitor HMDA on all loans and report any errors to the Compliance & Consumer Protection Manager and Underwriting Manager.Monitor escrow holdback completions and release money when work is completed.Print and maintain the Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems (MERS) reports daily.Other duties as assigned.
