As a call center representative, you will be the first contact our customers have with MASCO Contractor Services. The position requires a friendly and professional phone presence and the ability to explain the company’s services.
Responsibilities:
Sell MASCO Contractor Services assessments by showing customers the value of our service
Provide exceptional customer service at all times
Proactively update front office supervisors at multiple nationwide branches with customer data
Process all customer inquiries and scheduling via phone calls and web-based systems
Process credit card payments
Work in a database system entering customer data and scheduling assessments
Work in multiple computer systems simultaneously
Other duties as required
QUALIFICATIONS :
Experience in inbound or outbound telephone sales
Customer service experience
Call center experience
Friendly and professional phone presence
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Type accurately at least 35 wpm
Attention to detail
Ability to navigate through multiple computer systems simultaneously
Ability to work independently
Ability to work in a team environment
Proficient operating in a Windows environment
Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
