    In your role as Digital Media Manager for GE Capital Bank (GECB) you will be responsible for managing and executing digital marketing strategies that include web and mobile application platforms. You will manage all programs designed to drive traffic to the Bank’s website and call center, and furthermore oversee vendor management, coordinate model development, and lead the technical implementation of new programs.

    Essential Responsibilities
  • Coordinate model development and targeting activities to drive optimal volume, conversion rates, and acquisition costs.
  • Ensure that new campaigns are set-up for correct measurement across all channels and tools.
  • Collaborate with appropriate internal teams (e.g. creative services, IT, Legal/Compliance) to create and launch new media programs.
  • Collaborate with website marketing team to ensure a seamless, consistent, and optimized experience is delivered to all target segments across all media, and the bank’s website and call center.
  • Communicate new program offers, effective dates, and creative details to appropriate internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Pricing, Rate Service, and IT to ensure that correct rates and disclosures are displayed in all digital media.
  • Lead program performance reporting and analytics.

    Basic Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 4 years of marketing experience.
  • Prior direct response marketing experience (including experience driving web or call center conversions).
  • Prior experience with web marketing tools (including but not limited to Site Catalyst, Adobe Test & Target, Doubleclick for Advertisers).
  • Strong working knowledge of display media buying practices and technologies.
  • Strong working knowledge of all aspects of search marketing, including paid search and SEO.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite to include Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

    Desired Characteristics
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing.
  • Prior (online) marketing experience in the financial services industry.
  • Prior experience in direct-to-consumer direct response marketing.
  • Prior experience in agency selection and management.
  • Prior experience managing within and across teams.
  • Experience applying direct response marketing principles in more than one of the following channels: search engine marketing (PPC), search engine optimization (SEO), display advertising, email marketing.
  • Experience in designing and building systems and processes and measurement systems from scratch.
  • Working knowledge of earned media practices.
  • Understanding of current practices in media attribution.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
  • Ability to interact and influence at all levels and across functions within an organization.
  • Ability to develop excellent relationships at all levels within an organization.
  • Ability to balance strategic focus with tactical implementation/execution.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects at the same time.
