Responsibilities may include:
Onsite supervising and coordinating of high pressure well recompletions, remedials, facility construction, pipeline construction, location & road construction, compressor installation and pipeline repair in an assigned geographical area.
Being a safety leader.
Directing all assigned Well Operations, Construction and Maintenance activities to ensure that work is performed in compliance with ConocoPhillips’ safety policies/procedures as well as all applicable environmental and regulatory requirements.
Coordinating with Engineering and Operations to achieve established objectives and to minimize interruptions to operations.
Reviewing invoices and verifying billing, expenditures and cost-control on assigned projects.
Training and/or auditing contract personnel on policies and procedures.
Legally authorized to work in the United States
5+ years of direct experience in oil and gas operations
3+ years of direct maintenance experience
Ability to read, write, comprehend, and speak Spanish with limited assistance
Extensive working knowledge of field operations, construction operations, and regulatory compliance
Safety oriented, be a safety leader
Good computer and documentation skills
Ability to handle multiple projects
Strong leadership, mentoring, team-building, and people development skills
