Responsibilities:
The responsibilities of the Project / Maintenance Lead may include:
Onsite supervising and coordinating of facility construction, pipeline construction, location & road construction, compressor installation, maintenance, repair & upgrade of existing facilities and pipeline repair in an assigned geographical area
Being a safety leader
Interface with key support groups and customers to ensure goal alignment.
Directing all assigned Construction and Maintenance activities to ensure that work is performed in compliance with ConocoPhillips' safety policies/procedures, Operating Integrity (A&OI) Program, as well as all applicable environmental and regulatory requirements
Coordinating with Engineering, Operations and Planning & Scheduling to achieve established objectives and to minimize interruptions to operations
Work with Operations to ensure proper prioritization of maintenance work.
Lead the maintenance and reliability efforts within the asset to improve equipment reliability while focusing on the management of field maintenance activities
Reviewing invoices and verifying billing, expenditures and cost-control on assigned projects
Training and/or auditing contract personnel on policies and procedures
Enter daily reporting of activities in Shared drive or specified tracking program accurate and timely
Monitor and track daily cost and notify supervisor in the event of over spending more than 10%
Qualifications
Basic/Required:
Legally authorized to work in the United States
5+ years of field operations experience
Valid Driver's License
Ability/willingness to travel 10% of the time
Preferred:
Project Management Experience
Experience with repairing, maintaining and implementing reliability projects for rotating equipment, including but not limited to:
Extensive working knowledge of field operations, construction operations
Ability to handle multiple projects
Able to read P&IDs, ISOs, Plot Plans, etc.
Strong planning and organizational skills
Strong computer skills, Word, Access, Excel, etc.
Strong leadership, mentoring, team-building, and people development skills
