Drive the strategy to deliver on team member data security program including remediation, training & awareness, third party, risk assessments and consulting.
·
Communicate value-added recommendations to senior management and promote the value of information protection to business partners.
·
Provide thought leadership in initiating improvements and developing partnerships to implement changes.
·
Actively participate in stakeholder committees or working groups to identify and mitigate risk.
·
Function as key advisor to cross-pyramid senior management regarding internal control best practices for information protection.
·
Collaborate with the Compliance and Law teams to stay abreast of new regulations that could impact business processes or audit plan.
·
Demonstrate strong understanding of business partners' missions, strategies and goals.
·
Lead and develop a team of managers, team leads, and analysts.
Requirements
·
Bachelor's degree
·
10+ years business and/or auditing experience
·
Ability to assimilate information quickly and accurately with a track record of success in dealing effectively with complex projects entailing frequent interaction with senior executives
·
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills; ability to communicate with senior management
·
Demonstrated understanding of internal control and process improvement.
·
Proven project management and problem solving skills with ability to execute in challenging environments/circumstances
·
Strong interpersonal skills; ability to deal with conflict situations, recommend and drive change
