As our business continues to grow, we are seeking Director Level SAP Work Stream applicants for our corporate office.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

:

Lead and drive global strategy from initial implementation through sustaining operations for a two center (U.S. – Denver and Asia location to be determined) P2P, R2R, H2R Global Business Shared Services (GBSS) organization across the six GBSS priorities:

Controls & Compliance

Client Service/Satisfaction

Execute P2P, R2R or H2R work stream design, implementation and ongoing operations in accordance with approved business case.

Serve as global business process owner for P2P, R2R or H2R transactional processes: responsible for globalization and optimization of in-scope processes as well as identifying opportunities to improve functional and process efficiency, effectiveness, and controls including the application of new and/or appropriate technologies.

Work closely and build strong relationships with the global functional leadership teams, Global Business Process Owners and other functional business process owners as needed to ensure alignment and integration of key touch points and to hold parties accountable for negotiated service level agreements.

Staff, lead and manage a global shared services team of approximately 80 to 100 employees, including 8 – 10 managers, in Denver, Colorado and an Asia location to be determined.

Collaborate with colleagues in GBSS: work stream peers leading such End-to-End Business Processes as P2P, R2R, H2R, Global Data Governance and Management along with Lean Six Sigma Continuous Improvement, regionally based Client Relationship Managers and Organizational Change Management.

Represent shared services, end-to-end business processes, and lean initiatives internally and externally, serving as an ambassador and advocate to, in particular, effectively communicate the P2P, R2R, H2R strategy and roadmap.

Identify new and expanded business opportunities for services globally.

Specific responsibilities include leadership of the P2P, R2R or H2R operations, including accountability for service level agreements, operational performance, KPI reporting, and talent development/management.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory and statutory supply chain and accounting requirements as well as internal and SoX controls.

Actively participate as senior member of GBSS leadership team.

Qualifications

BS in Business, Supply Chain or related discipline

MBA preferred

15+ years of progressive, relevant work experience, preferably in a global company

Experience managing supply chain and accounts payable operations, including multiple levels of managers and employees, preferably across multiple geographies

SAP knowledge and experience within P2P, R2R or H2R modules

Experience working in and leading a team in a shared services environment

15% - 25% travel, both in the U.S. and internationally

Experience with system implementations, compliance, project management and driving process improvements through Six Sigma and/or lean tools

Knowledge of and experience implementing best practices in the P2P. R2R or H2R areas that improved quality, controls and/or efficiency of service
