Job Summary: Manages hiring, training, and developing of Customer Service team members. Also coordinates and manages any additional workflow assigned to the Customer Service Department. Duties include problem solving, communication with the door centers and manufacturing.

4 : Set Customer Service staff goals to support Company objectives.
5 : Accountable for Customer Service activities and keeping it in line with Company objectives and revenue goals.
6 : Assumes other duties as assigned by supervisor.
