The Selection Consultant job is an inside sales position that provides assistance to homebuyers in customizing their appliance selections within predetermined builder guidelines through upgrade options and product additions. The incumbent is required to have or readily acquire knowledge of appliance product (assortment, availability, specifications, in-depth applications), pricing strategy and methodology (retail plan-to-sell, commercial price lists), financing options (zero percent, rebates, split-billing, Sears credit, Commercial One credit, third party credit), services (Protection Agreements, delivery, installation), and lead times. The position also requires well-developed organization, time management, communications and negotiation skills.
Qualifications:
2 years of college, Customer Service, Inside/Outside sales,appliance knowledge
