Job Summary:
The Corporate Accounts Receivable Analyst’s core responsibility is to provide the accurate and timely posting of all incoming FNST cash receipts. Additional responsibilities for account reconciliations and the ability to manage technical systemic processes and utilize and interact with automation tools.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned that pertain to the classification. Demonstrated job duties and knowledge listed are sum for the job classification. Knowledge of all duties is to be cross functional but specific duties are assigned within available personnel.
1. Maintains day to day cash postings on all incoming receipts and including month end closings.
Auto cash maintenance
Manual cash posting (data entry)
Reconciliation
2. M onth end closings / support
Roll-forward Reconciliation
Cash Transfer Reconciliation
Month End Reporting
3. Special Project Support
Reporting development
Process development
Education and/or Experience:
Associates Degree and 1-2 years corporate experience preferred
Microsoft Application proficiency with an emphasis in Excel is a must. (functions, look-up, filtering, pivot tables, etc.)
Microsoft Access experience a plus
MFG Pro (QAD) experience a plus
Highly Organized
Accurate and attentive to detail
