We are an innovative education program designed to instill fundamental STEM (SCIENCE-TECHNOLOGY-ENGINEERING-MATH) concepts to students through the use of a hands-on learning approach. Inspired by the popular show Survivor, our programs create a fun learning environment that promotes adolescent development. Our style of enrichment allows children to explore concepts of physics, engineering and architecture, as they, simultaneously, discover their creativity, expand their imaginations, and develop essential critical thinking skills.

We are currently looking for PART-TIME employees to instruct our before and after-school enrichment classes. In addition to enrichment classes, we offer birthday parties, in-school field trips, and seasonal camps. For this position, the perfect candidate would be willing (and available) to work 5 days per week for a two-hour time frame each day. Please note that, because our classes are held after regular school hours, we will only consider candidates who are available within the 2-5 p.m. time frame.

Along with childcare and elementary education experience, those hired will have the potential to gain valuable experience while working alternate events (i.e. kid-nights, field trips, camps) with a growing team of professionals. We are in pursuit of self-motivated, reliable, and flexible individuals genuinely interested in a cooperative involvement, both inside the classroom and with our growing team.

-Must hold (or be able to obtain) a valid background check within the Boulder County area. *Please note - candidates are responsible for fees associated with background check.
-Commute required. Reliable transportation necessary. Classes are located off-site, at schools across Boulder and Weld County.

-Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education or related field of study a plus(Candidates with Science, Technology, Engineering, and/or Math degrees with some childcare experience are encouraged to apply)
-Flexible schedule
-Must be patient and LOVE working with kids
