The fusion of state-of-the-art imaging, multi-axis precision positioning, superconducting magnet technology, superconducting accelerator technology, and unprecedented closed loop treatment verification using Positron Emission Tomography sets the ProNova product apart from all others.

We are recruiting team members to help innovate and deliver this vision while also advancing the standard for safety and reliability.


are currently seeking a Director of Physics to lead our team of scientists and engineers through the design, analysis, optimization, and commercialization of our proton therapy technology.

Medical device, superconducting magnet, and/or proton therapy experience is highly desired and strong leadership skills are essential.

This position will be critical to ensuring that ProNova develops and delivers state-of-the-art technology with innovations that address our customer’s needs.

The technology and requirements of this product are both broad and deep, the Director of Physics will be responsible for securing, organizing, and managing the necessary resources to complete the task.

Education & Experience:


hD in High Energy Physics or equivalent experience.


Medical Device commercialization experience is highly desired.


Strong history of complex system design and project management.


15 Years of experience in technical team management.


Experience in medical product development and commercialization desired.


Strong leadership skills and ability to lead a highly specialized project team.
