Description
Work with the team and site analytics to identify and target key opportunities to improve SEO and conversion rates.
Develop new site features and enhance/enrich existing ones.
Leverage and extend the CMS to empower stakeholders.
Must have had significant participation in the creation of at least one exceptionally well-designed, well-constructed web site within the past three years. Be sure to give us a URL when you apply.
Strongly Preferred:
Drupal theme development and maintenance experience, particularly with A/B or multivariate testing.
Ability to contribute to the design of a web site, notably layout and graphics.
Requirements
Outstanding Javascript and CSS skills, and experience with responsive design
Sound ability to develop in PHP, experience with CodeIgniter
Experience with Google Analytics
Excellent communications skills
Demonstrable ability to work side-by-side with marketing and business professionals on a daily basis
