Researches non-financial and financial annuity post issue transactions and products. Completes and creates correspondence relating to post issue transactions.
Research complex financial and non-financial transactions
Authors original correspondence to clients, financial institutions, and government agencies regarding detailed contract inquiries, payment histories/account balances, contract provisions, and complaints, and forwards to appropriate departments.
Analyzes, research, and completes related correspondence for group annuity transactions including loans, withdrawals, hardships and fund transfers.
Performs other duties as required or assigned.
None but may provide guidance to lower level staff members.
Expert in all facets of Post Issue
Expert working knowledge of Post Issue policies, provisions and transactions.
Expert knowledge of state and federal laws and company policies regarding post issue transactions.
Highly knowledgeable of the Company’s annuity systems.
HS Diploma or equivalent.
3-5 years of related work experience.
FINRA Series 6 license and 26 preferred
Competencies: communicated effectively, focuses on customer, organizational skills, demonstrated technical and functional expertise, detail oriented and uses sound business judgment.
