Faithful+Gould has an opportunity for a Senior Scheduler in our Seattle office to be assigned to a large petrochemical project at Cherry Point. This position will involve equal parts scheduling and cost management and the successful candidate will have significant experience in both.
Scheduling is an integral part of the Project Management process. Project Management is one of the most dynamic professions of the 21st century and involves the planning, organizing and control of a diverse range of resources to reach a shared goal. Success is judged on delivery of the project and the fulfillment of requirements for time, cost, quality and safety.
We are seeking an experienced Scheduler with petrochemical/refining or large industrial project experience.
You should possess a degree or equivalent experience in Construction or an associated Engineering field and will have a minimum of 10 years of Planning/Scheduling and Cost Management experience on medium to large petrochemical or similar industrial construction projects.
The successful candidate will have a professional attitude and a strong commercial awareness, able to deal directly and communicate effectively with clients and other Faithful+Gould staff both in writing and in person.
You must have current US work authorization to work for any US employer without requiring sponsorship now or at any time in the future.
Local candidates are preferred but there is relocation funding available for the appropriate candidate willing to relocate to the Cherry Point refinery area.
This position is NOT suitable for travelling candidates, you must work on site each work day and there is no per diem available.
