Performs a wide range of advanced administrative and secretarial duties and administrative projects independently for executive(s), which by the nature of the job involves frequent interaction contacts at all levels of the organization and regular exposure to confidential data, requiring considerable use of tact, integrity, discretion and judgement. Works independently with only general guidance on a variety of special projects. Relieves executive(s) of some administrative detail. Refers only unusually complex issues to executive(s). Typically reports to a Director. 1. Receives and screens telephone calls, letters and/or visitors for supervisor. Routes or answers routine and non-routine inquiries and obtains and furnishes information within departmental and company policy. 2. Schedules appointments, maintains supervisor’s calendar and arranges meetings. 3. Administers most matters in the absence of supervisor, including verbal and written approvals on urgent matters. 4. Organizes and expedites flow of work through supervisor’s office. Initiates follow-up action. 5. Organizes and maintains supervisor’s correspondence and records, following up on pending matters with limited direction. 6. Sets up and administers filing systems. 7. Prepares letters, memorandums and reports, gathering, summarizing and analyzing data. Collects and presents data to supervisor for projects and meetings. 8. Researches a wide variety of complex information requests and compiles information for reports. 9. Drafts correspondence for supervisor’s final approval. 10. Organizes and prepares complex documents requiring the integration of multiple office technology and software applications. 11. Independently administers ad hoc or annual projects within company policy. 12. Assists in the formulation and administration of departmental budgets and assists in the strategic planning process. 13. May translate complex written and verbal communications in at least one language other than English. 14. May conduct legal research and prepare legal documentation.

Minimum requirements
Minimum Education Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent.

Minimum Experience Requirements: Six years administrative or secretarial experience in a related area.
