    Position Information
    Here at WakeMed, the Program Manager for Structural Heart is responsible for management, coordination and growth of Structural Heart Program initiatives and related cardiovascular activities, and quality improvement activities associated with the program. Reports to WakeMed's Heart Center Director of Operations and VP for Heart Center Administration.

    Experience Requirements :
    Work requires a mastery level knowledge of the ACC/AHA Guidelines for the Management of ST-Elevation Myocardial Infarction, NSTEMI, Unstable Angina, Heart Failure. Five (5) years of cardiology nursing experience (Coronary Care Unit, Emergency Nursing/Chest Pain Unit, Telemetry) required. Two (2) years of progressive supervisory or program management experience preferred.

    Select Education Type :
    Position requires a Bachelor's degree in Nursing. All new hires must obtain national certification in Nursing within 1 year of hire or as soon as eligible per national standards. Master's degree in Nursing or related field preferred. ACLS provider/instructor preferred.

    Licensure/Certification Requirements :
    Required to be licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of North Carolina with no substantiated findings.

    Hours of Work : 8:00 - 4:30
    Weekend Requirements : As Needed
    Call Requirements : as needed

    Minimum Salary 70,636.80Maximum Salary : 113,006.40
