Budget Analyst / Specialist

Position - Financial/Budget Specialist

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Accounting studies

Experience: Three (3) to six (6) years of government financial/budget support.

Clearance: Secret or Top Secret required - within the past two years

Responsibility:
Provides mid level and senior level support in developing, compiling, tracking and modeling program budget data. Responds to budget inquiries and prepares appropriate material for senior leadership. Assists project teams in their ability to understand budget implications and integrate funding into project planning streams. Acts as guide and facilitator for periodic reporting system output and management, prepares OMB 300 document and artifacts, responds to OMB 300 queries and prepares spend plan models as required to support the program. Provides support to the government program office spend plan and execution of program funding.
