The College of Arts and Sciences at the University of Kentucky seeks an Academic and Enrollment Planning Director. The primary responsibilities of this position include all facets of student recruiting, retention, enrollment and course data analysis, and special college academic programs support. Duties include primary responsibility for leadership, supervision, and management of personnel and resources to: develop and implement a strategic student recruitment and retention plan; conduct data analysis and produce reports relevant to enrollment and instruction; develop schedule of classes for all academic departments and programs; and provide decision support to guide departments' instructional decisions. This individual will serve as a primary liaison to the universities registrar's office, graduate school, institutional research and other administrative staff. Additionally, this individual will advise college administration, chairs, and program directors on management of instructional resources and assist dean in making instructional budget and allocation decisions.

Preferred Education / Experience
Master's degree + a minimum of 7 years recruiting/retention experience with at least 3 years recruiting/retention in higher education. Previous experience in development of strategic plans, data analysis, and simultaneous leadership/management of dissimilar functions is highly desirable.
