The Cleveland Clinics' Children's Hospital for Rehabilitation is searching for a dynamic full time pharmacist at one of only a handful of accredited, freestanding pediatric rehabilitation hospitals in the country. We serve infants and children through age 18 with complex chronic illnesses and disabilities. Here, we offer both an inpatient program outpatient rehabilitation and therapy services for children's chronic conditions, and others recovering from a trauma, surgery, or an acute hospital stay. The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to work on a rotational basis at The Children’s Hospital located on the main campus of The Cleveland Clinic.
