CSF-PREP Site Manager (Job Number: 318504)
SAIC currently has an opening for a Site Manager in support of our Systems and Technology Solutions Business Unit at multiple locations.
The Site Manager will be responsible for leading a team of 5-6 trainers at the Comprehensive Soldier Fitness Performance and Resilience Enhancement Program (CSF-PREP) site executing the strategy of mental skills education and enhanced performance program. Will be responsible for managing group learning using specific frameworks, methods and training technologies to include: goal setting, stress and energy management, biofeedback and neurofeedback training, visualization and imagery, positive-effective thinking, attention control and team building.
The successful applicant will be responsible for effectively managing administrative tasks such as financial expenditures, ongoing training, trainers' time and customer expections. Candidate will assist in the operation of the America's Army software and will incorporate this into the peak performance training program in accordance with established guidelines. Attending training exercises and field operations as required by individual units is a function of this position. Candidate will be responsible for making recommendations for improvements to all aspects of the CSF-PREP operations as well as performing routine operational duties of the CSF-PREP site. Candidate will support integration with other leadership projects and develop and maintains individual professional development relating to all aspects of performance enhancement.
REQUIRED EDUCATION/SKILLS: Bachelor's Degree is required, concentration in performance, sport, cognitive, social or human factors psychology is plus, but not required. Advanced degree(s) are desired. Candidates must possess 8+ years of experience (Masters or PhD can be substituted in lieu of 6 years of experience). Military officer command experience is required, preferably with training experience. A minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience is required. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic with highly effective interpersonal skills. Candidates for this position must be able to obtain a SECRET security clearance.
DESIRED SKILLS: Experience working with adult clients developing peak performance skills and performance enhancement education and training is desirable. Work with sports, business or military teams in team development is a plus. Knowledge of audio and visual technology is a plus.
