Create policies and procedures related to A/P, G/L, P/R, Cash & Inventory Control to streamline the processes while achieving best practices

Provide information, assist in preparation, and review IRS form 990’s, Form 5500’s, 1099’s

Oversee & maintain the supplier contracts, ensuring purchasing compliance by facilities and accurate vendor billing

Maintaining PC&S’s Foundation G/L and ensure agreement to donor records and database (Raisers Edge)

Assist in all aspects of external audit including preparation of reports, schedules, etc.

Assist and review internal and external monthly financial statements, prepare bank covenant calculations and outside regulatory specialized reports, board reports

Assist with monthly reconciliations process to facilitate timely and accurate completion as needed

Advise management about insurance coverage for protection against property losses and potential liabilities

Create financial pro-formas for growth and development opportunities as well as evaluating lines of business to ensure appropriate pricing models

Prepare budget worksheets, assist in annual planning and forecasting

Create and maintain Community Benefit Report for all organizations

Serve as backup to the Controller as needed

Respond to CFO as assigned with accurate and timely work to facilitate financial needs

Required Skills

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance, 5 years experience as a financial analyst, CPA or Master’s Degree preferred, healthcare revenue experience referred

Must be proficient in MS Word, Outlook and Access

Must be “advanced” in MS Excel (well versed in “Pivot Tables”, “look ups”, “sum ifs”, and “conditional sums”)
