As a Sr Staff Member you will prove technical definition and systems architecture for highly sophisticated servo control systems. Weâre seeking a hands-on individual with a very strong controls theory (linear/nonlinear controls) background who can do system analysis, simulation, design, and testing. You will work directly with customers to define their requirements and to design low volume precision custom specific solutions for defense and/or commercial applications.
Experience should include any of the following
-- BS, MS or PhD Technical degree and over 9 years of relevant industry experience (Electrical Engineer, Mechanical Engineer. Systems/Controls Engineer, Physics)
-- Great analytical and instrumental skills. Good communication skills.
-- Ambitious Self-starter and strong team player.
-- knowledge of electronics/hardware/COTS (analog and digital) including software and hardware systems development and verification through all phases of a program
-- expertise in real-time, closed-loop control systems
-- experience supporting new business development and capture
