The Field Service Representative position is a part-time position which allows flexible scheduling, with your clients Monday through Friday during general business hours. In some cases nights or weekend work may be required depending on contractual obligations and customer availability. While ensuring compliance with company standards and procedures a Field Service Representative provides hardware-focused, break fix services and solutions to client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Provides quality customer service and support for designated equipment
Escalates problems to appropriate next level of support when necessary
Will be responsible for all pc breakfix, printer breakfix. software skills based on contract with specific vendors
Monitors assigned service calls to ensure timely completion
Ensures all time reporting and other required reports are accurate and submitted on time
Meets or exceeds various service levels as established by assignment (calls per day, ETA’s, on-time response, administrative call closure, client satisfaction)
Responsible for ensuring on-going maintenance and development of positive relationships with all business partners and clients
Qualifications:
Minimum of (1) year direct PC, Laptop and Printer Hardware Service experience. (Dell certifications and Lexmark experience a plus)
