RESPONSIBILITIES & GOALS
The goal is to successfully enroll students into our online degree programs and ensure they are successfully transitioned into the classroom
Reach out to hundreds of perspective students daily
Conduct conversations regarding potential student’s interest and plans to continue their education.
Assist potential students in determining their fit and eligibility into our programs
Accompany the potential student on a virtual online tour, introducing them to the online campus and classroom
Guide potential students through the enrollment process which includes; application, securing transcripts, financial aid, and academic acceptance
Work interdepartmentally as a member of a Graduation Team to ensure the potential students have the best experience throughout the enrollment process, classroom orientation and matriculation
Thrive in your ongoing career development by actively participating in our customized ongoing Admissions Representative training and education
Bachelors degree preferred
Experience in a professional outbound call center environment with a focus on customer service or sales is a plus
Passion for education and continuous learning environment
Poses a sincere interest in helping others achieve life's goals
Can work a set shift that may include evenings and Saturdays
Basic Word, Excel, Outlook and Explorer knowledge required
Moderate typing/keyboarding skills required
