This position is located in Woodlawn, Maryland, supporting Northrop Grumman's Continuity and Preparedness Solutions Division.
Individual will provide support to Continuity of Operations (COOP) Plan development; COOP Test, Training, and Exercise (TT&E) program; and the Corrective Action Plan development.
Preparation of reports, plans, and procedures.
Facilitation of training events and briefings to senior leaders.
Interact closely with Government officials and other customers to discuss technical performance with the intent of achieving outstanding customer satisfaction.
Interface directly with government clients on assigned projects and attend meetings with the client and other government personnel.
US Citizenship is required.
Individual must be clearable to obtain a Public Trust Suitability Clearance before employment commences.
A Bachelors degree and 2 – 3 years experience required.
Strong writing and analytical skills that can be applied to the development and production of various documents/materials.
Training development, conduct, and evaluation with the ability to prepare materials and resources required to support training and exercises.
Experience in editing and document review/ability to perform quality assurance checks on deliverables.
Knowledge of current Continuity of Operations (COOP) related Federal guidelines and mandates/directives.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
Experience in continuity programs or emergency management.
Experience in developing EXPLANs, EVALPLANs, MSEL Development, COSINs and AAR/IP Reports.
Experience with the Homeland Security Exercise and Evaluation Program (HSEEP).
Willingness to attend meetings at interagency partner locations on a variety of national security topics, record detailed notes, and prepare accurate and timely meeting summaries.
Willingness to travel to training sites to provide support to plan development and to support the conduct of TT&E events.
Experience in Microsoft Office Suite, to include Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills and strong problem solving and analytical capabilities.
