Minimum of a Bachelor s Degree in mechanicalchemical or biochemical engineeringMasters degree preferred Extensive experience with fermentationcell culturedownstream unit operations including chromatography and TFF operations is requiredCritical utility experience is required Strong client relationship and leadership skills Excellent computer and data management skillsincluding programming to support process simulation effortsHands on experience with at least one commercial process simulation package is required At least 12 years of relevant biopharm industry experienceat least 8 of which must be in the consulting engineering business Outstanding written and spoken communication skills Demonstrable knowledge of US cGMP requirements Approximately 25travel required
