Specific Job Description
Candidate will need to interact with the customer as a part of requirements gathering and developing test procedures for ASKME central repository. Transcribe requirements into a function requirements document which will be used as a part of the development process. Candidate will provide direct customer support with regards to: access requests to reporting tools, requests for new reporting documents/forms, and build out of new and current data artifacts. Candidate will operate as a direct point of contact for all customer concerns, questions or requests. Candidate will perform ad hoc requirements as needed.
